1. Can I display VMS in Portrait Mode?


Yes, VMS supports Portrait Mode. To position the screen into Portrait Mode ensure that your iPad’s Portrait Orientation Lock is off and then turn the device so the screen is portrait. Enable Portrait Orientation Lock again to keep the device in this orientation.

2. How do I edit my credit card details?


To update payment details head over to the VMS dashboard. On the left hand side panel under Settings you will find a Payment tab. Your payment details should be displayed in a table with the options to Edit or Delete under Actions. To add a payment card click Add New Card at the top right of the table.To update payment details head over to the VMS dashboard. 3. What support is there for VMS?


At present there are a few different sources of support for VMS. Head to vms.insight360.co.uk/support to access the support centre, which includes step-by-step guides on setting up VMS. The support centre also includes a Webinar series showing the setup in action. If there are any outstanding questions or issues that have not been answered on our website, we recommend that users get in touch via our Facebook page or raise a ticket in the Support Centre.

4. Can I activate Employee sign in on a terminal?


Currently as of v1.07 Employee sign in is not available on the terminal. We do have plans to implement this feature in the next update to be released shortly.

5. How do I reset my Password?


If you have forgotten your password go to the login page. Beneath the login fields is a ‘Forgotten Password’ prompt with a link to an email reset.
